Private Dog Training in Santa Clarita, CA
Our private dog training program provides one-on-one coaching for dogs and owners who need a more personalized training plan. Whether you are working on basic obedience, leash manners, puppy issues, reactivity, jumping, anxiety, or household structure, Emily’s K9 Training helps you build clearer communication and better control with your dog.
Private lessons are available at our ranch-style training facility in Santa Clarita/Castaic, with limited in-home options available depending on location and trainer availability. Each session is designed to help your dog make progress in real-life situations, not just during the lesson.
Owners receive clear homework between sessions so training continues throughout the week. Our goal is to help you understand what to do, when to do it, and how to stay consistent so your dog’s behavior improves long-term.
Private Dog Training Pricing
In Facility $200
In-Home $250 (May vary based on distance)
An evaluation is required before purchasing a private training package. During the evaluation, we will discuss your goals, observe your dog’s behavior, and complete a hands-on training session to assess their temperament, responsiveness, and current skill level. We will also provide recommendations for training, management, and structure within the home and help determine which program is the best fit for your dog.
In-Facility Private Training
$200 per session
Held at our Santa Clarita/Castaic training facility. This is a great option for obedience, leash manners, puppy training, reactivity foundations, impulse control, and structured owner coaching.
In-Home Private Training
Starting at $250 per session
Available on a limited basis depending on location and trainer availability. In-home lessons are best for behaviors that are specific to the home environment, such as door manners, jumping on guests, household structure, crate training, and routines around family members.
Most clients begin with a training package based on their dog’s needs, goals, and behavior severity. During your consultation or evaluation, we can recommend whether a 6, 8, or 12-session plan is the best fit.
